Planning Permission and Building Regs for  332 sq m dwelling, 6 Bedroom, 2 Reception, large Kitchen/Dining, glazed driftway hall with spiral staircase and gallery walkway and 2 bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, independent annex.

Extensive refurbishment, alterations and extensions to a substantial dwelling on the banks of the River Severn, Hawford, Worcs. The completed project provided a 285 sq m dwelling with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms, large kitchen, utility, balcony and large terrace.
